So what do I do with it?!
One of the most common questions I get at shows, is what do I do with honey beyond putting it in tea? It doesn't have to be any thing exotic like comb honey to be confusing to people, many have simply not been exposed to the incredibly versatile nature of honey.
To this end, I started developing recipes that incorporate honey in a variety of different ways. I often substitute honey when white sugar is called for, cutting the amount in half (ie: 1 cup of sugar = approx 1/2 a cup of honey).
