Roasted carrots with comb honey

500g of carrots
75 g of Miel Rebel Honey comb honey or 50g of MRH raw honey
1 tsp of sesame seeds
Drizzle of olive oil

Heat the oven to 400F and trim and peel the carrots. Carefully slice the carrots in half and then length wise. You want relatively thin lengths, but some variety in thickness is fine. Double up on the tin foil, so that the honey and beeswax doesn't leak out while cooking. Lay the carrot lengths in the middle of the tinfoil and drizzle with olive oil. Cut up the comb honey in smaller chunks and lay them on top of the carrots. Sprinkle the sesame seeds on top of the carrots before sealing up the tin foil. Place in the oven and cook for 30-40 minutes. You will find the beeswax melts nicely into the honey that you can spoon over the carrots once you transfer them to a plate for serving. Enjoy!
